Small World Adoption Agency is proud to announce that we are now licensed in the state of Georgia. As of August 15, 2016, the Georgia Department of Human Services has authorized Small World to perform all adoption related services for residents of Georgia via a child placing agency license. While we have completed adoptions for many residents of Georgia already, we can now offer home study services, post placement supervision, and post adoption monitoring to our Georgia adoptive clients as well as offer birth parent counseling and pre-adoptive care to biological families pursuing adoptive placement. Small World, Inc. is a Christian tax exempt 501 c-3 charitable organization operating it’s world wide ministries since 1985 and has been welcomed to Georgia by prospective adoptive families throughout the state.
Georgia native, Tamara Robinson has been named the State Director for the Georgia office which is located in Senioa, GA. Tamara is an adoptive mom and has 6 years of experience working in the adoption Ministry. She joined the Small World team early in 2016 and has been instrumental in establishing Small World’s presence in GA. She is joined by Child Advocate, Andrea Sisler, also an adoptive mom and Amy Hart who is also an adoptive mom and a Caseworker for Small World and a veteran in adoption ministry. Their combined skills and experience make them a uniquely qualified team of professionals for meeting the needs of our current and future Georgia clients.
